Individual Executive Counseling is strictly business orientated.

Although a relationship based on the mutual trust is a precondition for Individual Executive Counseling effectiveness, a counselor does not aspire to become a psychotherapist or a friend to a client – a counselor does not interfere into a client's personality or personal life.

An individual counselor seeks to understand the business challenges that a manager faces and based on this understanding indicates behaviors, work styles, solutions that are optimal in a specific situational context as well as how they might be achieved.
