The major focus of this year’s conference

Company credibility – Employee Identification – Strategy effectiveness

The theme of this year’s conference highlights the main challenges that employee communication faces in Polish companies today:

• Building company credibility among employees by increasing or rebuilding people trust in leaders and in internal communication.
• Increasing employee identification with a company by developing awareness of common objectives among people from different business units, which is particularly difficult in a situation when companies undergo many organizational changes (mergers, acquisitions, restructuring) and in the context of changing an employee-employer relationship.
• Ensuring the strategy effectiveness by focusing communication activities on supporting business and measuring success in that field.

These challenges are particularly relevant in the current economic situation and the current stage of development of Polish companies. Through case studies, lectures and a workshop, the seminar aims to prepare communicators to respond to these challenges and at the same time to gain a new momentum in their communication and their companies.
